Ossoli Circle Supports Dogwood Elementary Library

As part of our ongoing commitment to education and literacy, the GFWC Ossoli Circle Education Committee recently presented a donation to Dogwood Elementary School to fund the purchase of 86 new library books and three sets of Notebook of Doom paperbacks for second-grade readers. Committee Chair Linda Pardue, Ossoli President Jan Coley, Education Committee member Lexa Hooten, and Ossoli member and school volunteer Mary Torres met with librarian Heather McCarthy and school administrators to celebrate this contribution. The project was made possible through the generosity of Ossoli Circle members who supported the Education Committee’s fundraising efforts.
