Several members of GFWC Ossoli Circle registered for Team Ossoli in the Run 4 Their Lives race on January 29, 2022, at the UT Gardens. Run 4 Their Lives is Freedom 4/24’s race series which is held in cities across the United States to bring communities together for a family friendly, hopeful event to increase awareness of human trafficking, share stories of girls who are now rescued and free, and encourage continued advocacy. Freedom 4/24 seeks to prevent and end sexual exploitation and trafficking locally and globally.  Unfortunately the race was cancelled due to weather but proceeds for the race continue to support the work in the greater Knoxville area. 

Ossoli Circle has selected Community Coalition Against Human Trafficking (CCAHT) as one of the Community Service Projects.  Funds from the race support efforts to raise awareness of trafficking and the fight for freedom.  CCAHT is a partner with Street Hope TN.
