Ossoli in Action provides funding for an art project at Austin East High School.
The Ossoli in Action committee voted to support the Art program at Austin East High School with a donation of $1700. This money will fund a field trip for the advanced art students to Arrowmont School for the day. The students will be able to participate in two classes (woodturning and ceramics) and have lunch. This opportunity would not be available without our support. We are also helping the teacher, Laura Lee Thompson, start an after school art club by providing paint and painting tools to produce school and community murals.
